L.L. Hotchkiss Elementary School just welcomed a new addition to its campus—Inchy’s Bookworm Vending Machine. Thanks to the Dallas Education Fund and Whataburger’s Feeding Student Success program, students have a new reason to get excited about reading.
What Is A Book Vending Machine?
Inchy’s Bookworm Vending Machine program is innovative, easy and exciting. Here’s how it works. Students earn a token for academic achievements or special occasions. Then they exchange the token for a brand-new book.
The program also offers a wide range of books. So the student’s get to pick what they want to read. While teachers cut the ribbon, kids gathered to see what was inside and anticipate their selections.
L.L. Hotchkiss Elementary Says Thank You To Whataburger
