PBIS stands for Positive Behavior Intervention and Supports Systems. That means, it’s a three-tiered framework that creates a positive environment while providing students with the support they need. So, are you ready to hear the best part? Teachers at Struthers are able to recognize students for their responsible behavior. Then they reward students with a token.
So, “Wildcat Win” tokens get handed out each week. Students can exchange their token for a book from Inchy’s Bookworm Vending Machine. Yes, you heard that right. This vending machine dispenses books!
