Three steps, about two minutes
One machine has proved it in your building. Here is how the next one happens.
-
1Step 1
Name the school
Up to three buildings in your district, with a sentence on why each one is a fit. Buildings that already have a Bookworm are greyed out.
-
2Step 2
We reach out
Each school hears the story of your Bookworm and gets $400 off their machine. We only say a school in your district recommended them.
-
3Step 3
You restock
Your discount code arrives by email and works on any standard book bundle or a custom build in the Book Bundler.
See the bundles
Name the next building.
Your district. Up to three schools. One sentence on why each one is ready for a Bookworm. Two minutes, no login.
-
$400 off their Bookworm
Because you vouched for them. It is on their quote before they open it.
-
A bundle discount for you
Your code is in your inbox the moment you hit send. Spend it on any bundle, standard or custom.
-
Your name stays out of it
They hear that a school in their district recommended them. That is all.
Done. Your bundle code is on its way.
Check your inbox for BOOKS-REFER. We reach out to each school you named this week, and we never mention your name.
What the first machine did

Not sure which building to name?
Book 15 minutes with our funding team. We will walk through what the next machine costs and how districts fund it.

01Who gets the $400?
The school you name. The discount is tied to their quote the moment they build it through Request a Quote, so there is nothing for them to remember or enter.
02What do I get for referring?
A discount code for your next book bundle, emailed to you as soon as you submit. It works on any standard bundle or a custom build in the Book Bundler, with no minimum and no deadline this school year.
03Will the school know I referred them?
No. We tell them a school in their district recommended them. Your name and your building never appear on their email or their quote.
04Can I refer more than one school?
Yes, up to three per form. Each school needs a contact name, a work email and a sentence on why it is a fit. You can come back and refer more later.
05Why are some schools greyed out?
They already have a Bookworm. The list is built from our machine records, so a building that already runs one cannot be referred twice.
06What if my district is not in the list?
The list comes from the federal NCES directory of public districts. Try fewer words or pick the state first. Private schools, charters outside a district and anything else: email hello@bookvending.com and we will set it up by hand.
